1 chicken breast. 2 tbsp soy, 1/2 tbsp sesame, 1 tbsp ginger, 1 tsp sugar, 1/4t flour, 3 garlics

Chop garlic, ginger, and leek.

Chop the chicken breast and mix with soy sauce and flour. Let stand 1 hr.

Add oil, fry garlic and ginger 1.5 min. Then put the chicken and cook
