Gingerbread Bundt Cake is an easy, flavorful cake that’s perfect for the holidays!

Whisk together 2.5 cups flour, 2.5 tsp of ginger, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp EACH nutmeg, baking powder, salt, & .5 tsp EACH cloves, allspice, baking soda

Set the dry ingredients aside.

Using a stand mixer, cream together 12 tablespoons unsalted butter and 1.5 cups brown sugar.

Add the 2 eggs. Beat until combined, then mix in the 1/2 cup of molasses.

Add 1/3 of the flour mixture and mix just until no dry patches remain.

Pour in 1/2 cup of milk, and beat until incorporated. Repeat with the flour and milk (ending with flour) one more time.

Pour the batter into a greased Bundt pan, and bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. After the cake bakes, allow it to cool in the pan for 10 minutes

Invert the cake to remove. After the cake is completely cooled, Drizzle it with maple glaze.
