Gluten Free Banana Bread
2 cups of gluten free flour (I did a little less only having 3 bananas)

1 tsp baking powder and 1 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

Combine dry ingredients together

Cream together 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 stick of melted butter

Add 2 tbsp of milk and 1 tsp of vanilla

Whisk all wet ingredients together

Mash 4-5 bananas (major love to the manual food processor here)

Add mashed bananas into wet ingredients and combine

Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix together

Pour batter into a bread pan (either greased or lined with parchment paper)

Into the oven at 350 for 50-55 minutes
