Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda & salt in a medium bowl. Set aside.
Cream together butter and sugar in an electric mixer on medium speed.
Lower the speed and add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
Gradually add the flour mixture until well combined.
Drop by the tablespoon full on a parchment or Silpat lined baking sheet.
Baked 9-10 minutes at 350F.
Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes then transfer to a cooling rack. Enjoy!
