Add your dry ingredients to a bowl and whisk to blend.

Add the wet ingredients to a bowl and whisk.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry.

Mix them together to form your cookie dough.

Drop the cookie dough balls onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.

Wet your fingers and slightly press the cookies down.

Ready to bake!! Note you can add chocolate chips!
