Shred your carrots

Chop one medium onion

While your veggies and shrimp cook in separate pan bring gluten free roman noodles to a boil

Add 1/3 cup soy sauce and two tablespoons oyster sauce to your cooked veggies and shrimp

Add your cooked noodles

Mix well until ingredients are incorporated
