Gluten Free White Bread
1 1/2 cup warm water sprinkle 1 packet yeast on top of water; let rest 5 minutes

Add 3 egg whites and 1 egg (room temp)

Add 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter (or evoo)

Add 1 package Bob Red Mills Bread mix

Combine for 2 minutes and stir about 6 minutes

Pour batter in unprepared Stone Loaf Pan by Pampered Chef

Brush top and sides with melted butter

Cover and let rise about 45 minutes-1 hour in warm place

Dough should reach the top of Loaf Pan

Place in preheated 350° oven

Bake about 45 minutes - 1 hour Smells amazing!!
