Gluten-free Double Chocolate Brownies

Gather and prep your ingredients.

Whisk together the melted butter, cacao powder, and coconut sugar.

Add in the cassava flour and salt.

Whisk in the vanilla, then add the eggs one at a time.

Finally, fold in the dark chocolate pieces and the walnuts.

Pour the mixture into a parchment paper lined 8x8 baking dish.

Bake for about 25 minutes in a preheated 350 F oven. Place on a wire rack to cool completely.

Lift from the pan using the parchment paper. Place on a cutting board and cut into 16 brownies.
