Mix together all the ingredients for the bread dough in a bowl.
Transfer into a loaf tin lined with baking paper.
Sprinkle over mixed seeds to decorate, if desired.
Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes, until an inserted skewer comes out clean. Transfer onto a wire rack to cool.
