Gluten-Free Vegan Black Bean Brownies
Place the soaked and drained dates, black beans, cocoa powder, almond butter, salt + plant-based milk in a food processor or blender.

Whizz until completely smooth, then add the ground almonds and baking powder.

Blend again briefly to combine.

Transfer into a square baking tin lined with baking paper.

Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes - be careful not to over-bake!

Leave to cool completely before cutting into squares.
