Gluten-Free Vegan Crepes
Use a whisk to mix together all the ingredients for the crepe batter in a bowl.

Ladle some crepe batter into a frying pan - too much will make them too thick and break apart. Cook on a medium heat for a couple of minutes.

Once the edges start to come away from the bottom of the pan, flip over and cook for a further couple of minutes until golden brown and crispy.
