Gluten-Free Vegan Flaxseed Pancakes
Place flaxseeds in a food processor or blender.

Whizz into a fine powder.

Mix together with all the other ingredients. Leave the batter to sit for 5 minutes.

Ladle some batter into a frying pan and cook for a few minutes until the bottom of the pancake comes away easily from the pan.

Flip over and cook for a further few minutes until golden brown on both sides.

Repeat for the rest of the batter.
