Gluten-Free Vegan Matcha Brownies
Place the soaked and drained dates, almond butter and plant-based milk in a food processor.

Whizz until completely smooth.

Place the ground almonds and matcha in a bowl and mix well.

Add the puréed date mixture and mix well – add a splash more plant-based milk if it's looking too dry.

Transfer the batter into a square baking tin lined with baking paper.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Leave to cool completely before drizzling over the glaze.

Make the white chocolate glaze and drizzle it over the brownies. Leave to set before slicing.
