Add grapes, water, and sugar to large saucepan

Bring to a boil. Stir constantly for about 10 minutes.

Notice how the intensity of the bubbles change as you go.

Take off the heat and use an immersion blender to break down the grapes.

Return to a boil until you reach the gel point. This temp depends on your altitude.

Ladle into clean mason jars.
