Spread second pie crust on top.

Flute edge and prick crust. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 375.

Mix 8 Oz cream cheese, 4 Oz feta, 10 Oz frozen spinach (thawed), and 1 clove garlic.

Chop 8.5 Oz canned, drained artichokes

Mix with 3.5 Oz olives, juice and zest of 1 lemon, 1 1/2 tsp Greek rub or Italian seasoning.

Top crust with spinach mix, artichoke mix, and 3 sliced plum tomatoes.

Top with 1/2 Oz Parmesan and slice!
