Greek Lentil Salad with a Zesty Vinaigrette
Greek Lentil Salad is a hearty and fresh vegetarian lunch that will keep you full and satisfied for hours.

Cook the lentils according to the package directions. While the lentils are cooking, chop the vegetables and olives. Crumble the feta cheese.

Add all the chopped veggies, olives, and feta to a large bowl.
