Greek Yogurt Panna Cotta
A healthy spin on the Italian desserts
Soak the gelatine

Heat some milk with sugar

Add lemon zest to the hot milk

Dissolve soaked gelatine in hot milk

Measure out Greek Yoghurt into a bowl

Strain milk into yogurt

Stir in fresh lemon juice

Pour Panna cotta mix into molds. Chill for 6 h or longer, up to 2 days.

Chop some strawberries and mix them with lemon juice, thyme, wild blueberries and sugar

Invert panna cotta and top with berries
