Grilled Hawaiian Beef Kabobs
Whisk together orange juice concentrate, soy sauce, molasses, vinegar, and ginger.
Put steak cubes in a large plastic bag. Cover with half of marinade, remove air and zip close. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Assemble kabobs alternating steak, onion, red pepper and pineapple on skewers.
Heat reserved marinade in a small saucepan.
Grill kabobs over medium high heat for 4-8 minutes, turning frequently. Brush with warm marinade during grilling process.
