Grilled Romaine with Parmesan & Balsamic
Cut 2 romaine hearts in half. Brush both sides with 2 Tb olive oil

Sprinkle both sides with 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt & 1/2 tsp pepper

Grill on medium high heat 3-4 minutes

Flip and grill another 3-4 minutes

Drizzle with 1 Tb balsamic vinegar

Sprinkle on 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
