Ground Beef Lettuce Wraps
Combine ground beef, minced garlic, sweet paprika, and 1 bay leaf in a large bowl.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for approximately 4 hours or overnight.
Heat skillet over medium-high and add olive oil. Remove the bay leaf from mixture. Add beef to the skillet and saute until browned and fully cooked.
Stir in ½ cup Peri-Peri sauce and juice from a lemon, and continue to cook for 5 more minutes.
Remove skillet from heat. Add beef to lettuce wraps with carrots, tomatoes, and radishes for serving. Squeeze juice from a lemon over the top.
