Ground Chicken Burgers On The Grill
Put 1lb of ground chicken in a bowl. Add 1/2tsp kosher salt, 1/4tsp garlic powder, 1/4tsp onion powder, 1/4tsp paprika, & 1/8tsp ground black pepper.
1
Add in 1/4c fine almond flour.
2
Wet your hands to prevent the chicken from sticking, then mix everything until well combined.
3
Divide the chicken into four equal parts, rewetting your hands as necessary.
4
Take one of the pieces and form it into a patty about 1/4 inch thick. Place onto a piece of parchment or wax paper and repeat with the other pieces.
5
Preheat the grill to 350F. Pour 1-2tbsp of oil onto a paper towel & use a pair of tongs to oil the grates.
6
Put the chicken patties on the grill. Close the lid and cook for 4 minutes.
7
After 4 minutes, use a spatula to flip the burgers. Close the lid and cook for 3-4 minutes.
8
Check the internal temperature of the chicken burgers with a meat thermometer. Take them off the grill when they reach 165F.
9
Remove the burger from the grill and pile high with any toppings you like!
