Bring 6-8 cup of water. Add noodles and cook till Al dente.

Drain and rinse the noodles in running cold water.Add oil, mix in and keep aside.

Heat butter in a pan, add eggs, salt and pepper.Cook for 2 min and scramble it. Keep it aside.

Chop garlic, onions, bell peppers, chilies, cabbage and green onions.Keep them aside.

Heat Oil in a wok, add garlic, green chilies and onions.

Add the peppers and cabbage. Cook on high heat for 2-3 minutes.

Push veggies to the side, lower the heat and add soy sauce, vinegar, chili garlic sauce & sugar.

Toss the veggies to combine well with the sauce. Add in the salt and black pepper.

Add the scrambled eggs.

Add the cooked noodles. Mix well using pot of tongs. Cook on high heat for a minute or so.

Turn off the heat and garnish with Spring onions.

Serve hot with Spicy chili oil or Chili paneer.
