Healthy Chocolate Pudding
Place cocoa powder in the blender.

Boil 1 cup of water and add to the cocoa powder.

Blend on high for 30 seconds.

Add maple & date syrup, chia seeds, avocado, vanilla, salt, and water. Blend on high for 45 seconds.

Continue blending. Slowly add the coconut milk. Blend until smooth.

Transfer to containers and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Serve out of the jars or in bowls. Enjoy!
