Healthy Hash Browns (air fryer or stovetop, oil-free)
Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add frozen shredded potatoes and season with garlic salt (optional). Cook 7 minutes. Do not stir!

Flip your hash browns and cook another 5-7 minutes on the other side. Do not stir until it’s formed a crust.

Serve immediately with your favorite condiment. Ketchup, BBQ sauce, hot sauce, etc.

Or prepare in air fryer! Add frozen shredded potatoes to air fryer basket. Cook at 400 F for 10 minutes.

Check and air fry another 3-5 minutes, if they’re not as crispy as you like yet.

Serve plain or with veggies on the side, like spinach, corn, mushrooms and tomatoes!
