Healthy Peanut Butter Eggs
All you need is chocolate, peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut flour. Sea salt flakes optional!
Mix together maple syrup with peanut butter.
Mix in coconut flour until soft cookie dough texture forms. You can also use almond flour or oat flour!
Use a medium cookie scoop for the perfect size. Then roll the dough between your palms and shape into an egg. Freeze for 20 minutes.
Take frozen PB eggs and dip into melted chocolate until fully coated.
Don’t forget the sea salt before the chocolate sets.
In 30 minutes you’ve got yourself delicious homemade healthy peanut butter eggs!
