Hijiki Seaweed Salad(hijiki no nimono)
Soak dried hijiki in the water more than 5 mins and drain it

Shred carrot

Cut aburaage(derp fried tofu) into strips

Add oil to a pot, stir fry carrots, hijiki, and aburaage over medium heat

Add dashi powder, mirin, soy sauce, water, soybeans, mix lightly and cover

Open the lid, stir and serve on a plate. Enjoy:)
