Add 1/3 cup of olive oil, 1 egg, 1.5 tsp salt, mix in 3 cups of flour gradually and knead

let rise for approx 15 minutes in warm space, punch out air and knead & shape. Brush with egg wash

Bake at 425 for 30-35 minutes
