Ground Pork
2 teaspoons
Sage (dried)
1 teaspoon
Salt
Pepper
1/4 teaspoon
Nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon
Allspice
2 tablespoons
Maple Syrup
1 tablespoon

Add pork, sage, salt, pepper, nutmeg and allspice to a medium bowl.

Pour in the maple syrup.

Mix gently to combine.

Form into 10 round patties.

Heat olive oil over medium heat & add sausage. Cook 3-4 minutes per side.

Remove to a paper towel to absorb excess oil before serving. Enjoy!
