Homemade Cinnamon Granola
Add 1 cup chopped pecans, 1 cup sliced almonds, 3 cups oats and 1 1/2 cups grape nuts to a parchment lined baking sheet. Toss to combine.

Measure out 3/4 cup coconut oil and place in a microwave safe bowl. Then add 3/4 cup honey. Microwave for 30 seconds or until melted.

Add 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon and 1 teaspoon salt to the oat and nut mixture.

Add the honey and coconut oil mixture to the oats and nuts and toss to combine and coat.

Spread out evenly and cook at 300 F for 40 minutes. Stir at the half way point.

Allow to cool completely and then break up into small pieces.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.

Serve with homemade yogurt and fruit
