Homemade Nutella Filled Chocolates
How To Temper Chocolate
Fill the mold with tempered chocolate.
Tap the mold on the counter. Move the chocolate around to fill the whole surface area and up the sides. Invert the mold into the bowl.
Shake the mold to remove all the excess chocolate. Scrape the mold clean. Chill in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Clean the chocolate off the counter by scraping with a bench scraper.
Fill the chilled mold with Nutella 1/2 way up. Place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Take the mold out of the freezer and top with more tempered chocolate (you will need to retemper your chocolate). Tap the mold on the counter.
Remove excess with a bench scraper and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to fully harden.
Carefully remove the chocolate from the mold. And enjoy!
