Homemade Pumpkin Pie
Shape crust into deep pie pan and fold the edges under to make it easier to crimp them.
Mix together 1 can of pumpkin, 1 & 1/4 cup brown sugar, and 3 eggs; mix well.
Add in spice mix, 1 cup heavy cream And 1/4 cup milk. Mix until incorporated.
Pour into prepared pie crust and bake at 375 F. for 50-60 min. The middle should be a little wobbly.
Let rest on cooling rack for 3+ hours before serving. Top with whipped cream πŸ˜‹
