Homemade Sugar Free Pomegranate Molasses
Peel and get your pomegranate ready. This is two cups and will yeild a few tablespoon of molasses.

Blend till you see a mushy paste

Sieve the blended pomegranate

Press the seeds using a spoon to extract all the juice

Pour the juice into a pan

Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Bring it to a boil. You can add sugar too but this one is sugar free and totally healthy

Reduce it to low flame and let it slow cook

After half an hour!

Keep stirring to prevent sticking, almost there!
