Hoosier Fried Pork Tenderloin Sandwich
Cut 1.5 lb pork tenderloin into four equal pieces.

Using a meat mallet, flatten each piece of pork to 1/2” thickness.

In a dish whisk together 2 eggs with milk. In another dish combine 1 cup Panko with 1/3 cup Ritz.

Coat each piece of pork with egg mixture. Then dip into breading and coat evenly on all sides.

Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides and cooked completely. Salt and Pepper.

Serve on sandwich buns with desired condiments. Especially the pickle! Eat fabulously!
