How To Blanch Green Beans
Pick the ends off the green beans.

Place the green beans in boiling water for 3 minutes.

Place them directly into an ice water bath to stop the cooking process.

Drain and place in a ziplock bag. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.

When you are ready to serve place them into hot water for 30 seconds to warm through.

You are ready to serve however you prefer.
