Row 1 done! On to Row 2...
Ch 2, turn. (sc, ch 2, sc) in first ch-2 sp.
Insert a stitch marker into the second ch of the beginning ch-2. (This will make it easier to finish Row 3.)
Continue to (sc, ch 2, sc) in each ch-2 sp across.
End with 1 sc in the last st.
Row 3: work as per previous row until you reach the turning ch-2. End with 1 sc in the marked ch.
Repeat row 3 until your scarf measures approx. 64". The final row will flatten out the rippled edge. Ch 2, turn, 2 sc in ch-2 sp, ch 1.
Repeat [2 sc in ch-2 sp, ch 1] across, ending with 1 sc in top of turning ch-2. Cut yarn and fasten off.
Fold scarf in half and seam edges.
Weave in any remaining ends. Tying a small knot will help prevent this type of yarn from fraying πŸ™‚.
