How To Cut Kabocha Squash
Remove the stem by making a deep cut around it with the knife tip.
Insert the knife from the stem, push it down, turn it and insert the knife again to cut in half.
Place cut surface under, and push the knife carefully to cut in another half(1/4 size).
Remove the seed with a spoon.
Cut it into small pieces while pushing the knife with the other hand.
