How To Do Revolved Triangle / Parivrtta Trikonasana
From a standing position, step your left foot forward, about 3 feet.

Back foot is about 45 degree angle. Front foot is straight and hips are squared.

Inhale lengthen and exhale hinge down from the hips, keeping the back straight.

Keep legs strong and engaged. Bring right hand down next to the pinky toe edge of your left foot. Inhale.

Exhale and bring left hand up toward the sky. Keep core activated and back is straight.

Slowly shift your gaze to look up toward your left hand.

Exhale and slowly come out of the pose.

Repeat on the other side.
