How To Do Warrior 2 And Then Reverse Warrior
Step to the right and extend both arms to the side, palms facing down, arms parallel to the ground.

Turn right foot out to the side and left foot is straight or slightly in.

Bend right knee to about 90 degrees. Widen stance if needed and keep the torso vertical.

Gaze over right fingertips. This is warrior 2.

Reverse your warrior by flipping the right hand and then reaching up. Left hand touches left leg.

Left hand can also take a bind to touch over the right thigh as a variation. Gaze is upward.

Repeat on the other side.
