How to find your comfortable seat
If seating on your mat for your practice doesn’t feel good in your body, try one of the following variations
Get your props! A chair, 2 blocks, a bolster and blanket
Option 1: seat on a chair! Seat closer to the front edge and separate the knees to take the space your body needs
Option 2: seat on top of a wide and thick bolster that gives the comfort your body needs. You can seat cross-legged or in butterfly pose.
Option 3: build a big base for your body using 2 blocks!
For extra comfort roll a blanket and cross it in front of both shins. This will give cushion and support for your legs
Try these variations and choose the one that feels amazing in your body! (even if the teacher doesn't offer options)
