How To Make Chocolate Coins
Start by putting 8oz dark chocolate/semi-sweet chocolate in a bowl

Melt chocolate by microwaving it and stirring every 30 seconds (usually 1.5-2 minutes)

Drop one tablespoon of melted chocolate on a wax paper lined baking sheet

Chocolate coins ready for toppings!

Add toppings to coins: sprinkles, coconut flakes, seeds, dried fruit, nuts or other kinds of chocolate for drizzling

Alternate between different toppings

Mix and match toppings (dried fruit and nuts go well together)

Load the chocolate coins up with toppings!

Let cool/set for 30 min-1 hr in the fridge (or longer at room temp)
