How To Make Cinnamon Chip Scones
Add flour, baking powder & cinnamon to a food processor, pulse to combine.

Add cold butter, pulse until mixture resembles fine bread crumbs.

Add heavy cream and egg, pulse until combined.

Turn dough out onto floured parchment and add cinnamon chips.

Mix in chips by hand and flatten into 1/2 inch thick circle.

Using a floured knife, cut into wedges.

Separate wedges on parchment and slide onto sheet pan.

Bake at 400 for 15 minutes and transfer to wire rack.

Once cooled, whisk powdered sugar, cinnamon and milk.

Use a spoon to spread the glaze on the scones.
