In a mixer combine butter, flour and salt.

Mix until coarse.

Drizzle in ice water until dough pulls away from sides and forms.

Place on a floured surface. Flatten and fold over itself two or three times.

Flatten to a disc and wrap in plastic.

Refrigerate at least one hour. The longer the better!

Prep your surface and rolling pin.

Roll out to desired size.
