If using dry mushrooms, soak them first, then slice into thin strips.

Marinate meat with soysauce, sugar&garlic powder for 30 min. Then cook and slice into strips.

Slice carrots and onions and sautee with salt and oil over high heat. Set aside.

Boil water and cook noodles to al dente. Drain.

Steam spinach (I used broccolini)

Throw everything in large wok and stir fry with sesame oil over medium heat until incorporated

Plate and enjoy! Best with kimchi.
