How To Make Pink Frosting Without Food Dye (Vegan!)
Let’s make pink whipped cream frosting! Gather coconut cream (refrigerated overnight), coco sugar, pink pitaya powder, and vanilla extract.
Whip coconut cream (Trader Joe’s is the best) on high for 2-3 min until fluffy. Do not use excess coconut water from can!

Blend on high for 2 minutes until fully mixed and fluffy.

Texture should look like this! Super fluffy and thick.
Use to frost a dessert or garnish with pomegranate seeds! Store in fridge to avoid melting.
