How To Make Puff Pastry Cups
Roll out puff pastry so a cupcake pan fits over it. Mark dough where it needs to cut for 12 cups.
Cut the dough into 12 equal size squares.
Pierce the dough all over with a fork.
Lay the dough over the bottom of the cupcake pan. Place parchment on top, then a baking sheet.
Bake at 400F for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool before removing from the pan.
Once the shells are cool, fill and serve.
