How To Make Tofu Yellow Curry
Chop all ingredients

Add tofu and mushrooms

Next add the potatoes and stir well.

Pour in 1 tin coconut milk and 100ml water

Add 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp vegan fish sauce (use 2 tbsp soy sauce as an alternative)
