Sauté 1 chopped onion until translucent, then set aside

Wilt down 200g spinach, set aside

In a blender, place 100g breadcrumbs & 1 tbsp fresh rosemary

Add 110g cashews & 110g almonds

Pour in 150ml veg stock

Add in the onions from earlier & blitz again, until well combined

Place half of the mix in a lined 1lb loaf tin

Place the spinach on top, and spread out evenly

Pop the vegan cheese layer on next

Add the rest of the mix on top and bake for 40 mins, turn halfway through
