How to release the tension from the shoulders
Get one block and your strap!

Roll the shoulders backward, hugging the shoulder blades behind you

For more sensations make full circles with the arms straight

Cross the right arm on top of the left and hug yourself separating the shoulder blades, then switch the arms!

Reach the arms up, interlace the fingers up, in front and behind you

Get your block and press the hands against it in reverse prayer

Get the strap in front of the chest and bring it in front and behind you. Explore the speed that feels good!

Roll the shoulders again and check how they feel after these movements!
