Use a 3 TSBP scoop to place your filling in the center of an egg roll wrapper.

Fold the bottom point of the wrapper up & tuck it tightly over the filling to press out air pockets.

Use your fingers to brush an egg wash around the open sides of the wrapper.

Fold the two side points in so they overlap making an envelope shape. Roll forward to seal shut.
