How to Roll Cheeseburger Egg Rolls

Lay one egg roll wrapper like a diamond.

Add filling to the corner closest to you. Add chopped pickles.

Lift the corner and wrap it around the filling.

Now, take the right corner and fold inwards.

Fold the left corner inwards.

Continue to roll towards the top corner forming a tight seal.

Using your finger, wet the top corner and the edges and finish rolling it.

You can freeze egg rolls too! Place on a parchment lined baking sheet & freeze for 30 minutes.

Put into a plastic bag and label it with the date and cooking instructions.
